Privacy Policy
Last updated October 20, 2026
This policy explains what information TICKR (operated by Bryan Mota) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run your journal, and we don't sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- Account details: your email address, name (if you give one) and password (stored securely by our authentication provider; we never see it in plain text).
- Trading data: trades and fills you import from CSV files, account settings, rules, prop firm costs and payouts.
- Journal content: notes, grades, daily reviews, passed setups and screenshots you upload.
- Billing details: if you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment. We receive your subscription status and a customer ID, not your full card number.
- Technical data: basic logs (such as IP address, browser type and error reports) that our hosting providers record to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
- to provide TICKR: show your dashboard, journal, statistics and rule checks;
- to generate AI trade reviews and weekly reports when you request them;
- to process payments and manage your subscription;
- to send account emails, such as sign-up confirmation and password resets;
- to keep TICKR secure, fix problems and improve the product.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run TICKR, and only what they need:
- Supabase: database, authentication and file storage.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Stripe: payments and billing.
- Anthropic: AI processing for trade reviews and weekly reports. The relevant trade and journal data is sent when you use these features. Anthropic doesn't use it to train its models.
- Email delivery provider: account emails.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of TICKR and its users.
Cookies
TICKR uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to secure your session. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted so each user can see only their own records. Screenshots are kept in private storage. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is open. You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing tickrjournal@gmail.com from your account email. We'll complete deletion within 30 days, except for records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons (such as payment records held by Stripe).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, email tickrjournal@gmail.com. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
TICKR is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
