Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Billing page using Manage subscription. No emails or phone calls needed.

You keep access until the period ends

When you cancel, your subscription won't renew, and you keep full Pro access until the end of the monthly or yearly period you've already paid for. After that, your account moves to the free plan. Your data stays in your account.

No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes partial months or years, unused time after cancellation, and renewals you forgot to cancel. We don't offer prorated refunds or credits, except where required by law.

Free trial

First-time Pro subscribers get a 3-day free trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you won't be charged. If you don't cancel, the first payment is taken when the trial ends and is non-refundable like any other payment. The free plan is also available if you want to keep using TICKR without paying.

Billing problems

If you think you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge, email tickrjournal@gmail.com and we'll look into it.
